Help! How to attach photos on my post

Hi there! is there someone here can help me how to add photos on my thread? i had a multiply account and all pictures are posted there but some r requesting to include pictures as well so they can view it since they cant access my multiply account.

i have no idea about attaching something from multiply but i use Photobucket and it will automatically show the pictures in the thread...

you can also read the forum rules... it might be there...
