baligya as i understand. you can always edit the "financial consideration" na clause if you want the puppy to be transfered to the buyer/adopter without cost or totally free.

yes, it's still a sale, but with conditions. the use of the term "adoption" is only for the purpose of making it a "responsible sale".
In an absolute deed of sale, once the buyer pays for the thing sold, he can do anything he wishes to do with it. Kung iyang pasagdan ang puppy, or iyang patyon, wala na'y mabuhat ang seller because the seller parted with his ownership of the puppy from the moment the sale was consummated.
If the breeder wants his puppy to be adopted for free, pwede man gihapon. just eliminate the "consideration" clause.
By the way, in the US and other countries, "adoption" of pets almost always comes with a fee. It's not actually for free.

i agree to this; ang "adoption" man gud in PH is commonly associated that adoption is FREE. in fact; if you will legally adopt someone sa docket fee palang sa court mo bayad naman ka; then the list of charges/payments goes on.... Originally Posted by mikhail81
