the only major differences are the 5mp cam, optical trackpad and 3.5mm audio jack. also a bit improved talk time: 12 hrs vs 10 hrs.
if you can live without those, it's not worth ditching your e71, but if ur buying a new phone, the e72's a great choice. love the 3.5mm audio jack, kapoi cge dala2x ug adapter!

nokia should start pushing symbian to come up with a better UI imho. better and smoother UI experience is needed.
