i just realize that when we commit mistake we always say sorry to the person affected, this practice always keep coming back over and over every time we did wrong to anybody and this is the usual excuses that absolve us from our mistake and got another chance. I my self try to behave and follow order however we lost control sometime in our everyday endeavor and made mistake but for me now, sorry seem to be the hardest word its shame to myself to keep saying that word.

Point well taken. Maybe that is why some people would add a phrase after saying sorry like, "I promise I will make it up to you," because though you have already said sorry, you still want to do everything within your power to make that person feel better, or to correct that wrong.
But saying sorry to someone and yet doing the SAME deed again is a different thing.

it is our usual practice indeed..
but as we grow older we also need to improve on our practice with what we should commit
we have to think before we decide or we do something..
saying "sorry" is never a bad thing, but we should choose when to say it..
it clears your mind and improves you as a person if you think about it each day..

we are only human...imperfect...don't be hard on yourself. Sorry is still better than having said nothing. mu sorry ka, imo gi-acknowledge imo pag ka human ...imo gi-humble imo self.
even if the other person doesn't want to forgive, you still say sorry aron naa kay peace of mind. ang taw nga dili mo forgive maoy mahasol. you've done your part.
