Avg anti-virus 8.5

Mga Bro,

naglibog lang ko aning akong anti-virus (AVG 8.5) ky dili na man active. unya wala nasad ang icon dri sa lower right bottom. wala ra man unta blema sa updates ky connected ra man ko sa internet permi.

unya akong gi uninstall ky norton na unta akong gamiton dili man sya mo uninstall! mao ni ang error.

Try ug download ug CCleaner then i run ang registry cleaner.

Bai e manually delete nalang na, then e install dayon ang new nga anti-virus... Basin imo na siya na uninstall mao nga wla ky makita nga icon...

Did you try to re-install the program?, if no, that may help.
mao ni problem na common user sa AVG.




sometimes programs have a "repair" option when doing the add/remove on windows, if theres one; try it.
the last thing i can think that may help is to use "Windows Installer CleanUp Utility" this program will get rid of any traces involving the AVG installetion. i'll recomend to do this in "safe mode", and then delete the AVG program folder manually, restart the computer,and do a re-installetion of AVG, finally do the normal uninstallation of the antivirus.
-This are the things that i will try out. I havent expirence the same problem, so i cant guarantee you that it will work. to have a better solution for this specific problem you should contact AVG suport to help you out.
