    maski unsa kaon on mao ra gihapon ang kadak on... wla man sad bitok.. ngano di mutambok? so unsaon man pag tambok?

    magpatambok ka or wether magpaniwang... imo mortal enemy is your own body, imo metabolism rate, imo kontrahon... tapos there are a lot of things na you need to learn guys... imo calories intake and requirement per day... ug daghan pa jud: research lng.. hehehe

    questions?? kapila ka mokaon sa isa ka adlaw? pila ka calories imo na take for a day, pila sad ka calories imo gi burn a day?..
    kung sige ka kaon pero wala mitambok, it means kulang pa imo gikaon brad.. ang solution ani, pangita ug weight gain meal plan.. eat ka more calories..
