Lapsed Vaccs? F.Y.I please

Gud Eve ninyo tanan fellow istoryans.

mangutana unta ko ninyo ba bout sa lapsed vaccines.

i bought my pit from my cousin some time march. when i bought the pit, given na xa with 2 shots of 5-1 and also dewormed twice. then the puppy is due to be vaccinated again for its 3rd vaccs on first or 2nd week of april, pero ang problema wla nko napa bakunahi.

ning adto ko sa vet may 13 na. ni ingon ang vet nga Laps nmn ni imo vaccs sir. kelangan na ni e balik sa uno. kay delikado daw og parvo ang mga pits. so knowlegable as the vets are, ni sugot lng sad ko kay ako man sad sayop in the first place. kay wla nko na atiman og pa bakuna ang dog. so mao to gi tirahan sa vet ang ako pit og 6-1 na nga vaccs tapos deworm. pa balikon ko niya inig june 3 na daw.

ako pangutana ba,

1. dapat ba gyud na ebalik sa uno ang lapsed vaccs?
2. ngano naa may uban dog owners/lovers nga 2x rman nila pa bakunahan ang iro?
3. how true is vaccinosis? nka basa man ko ani gamay sa net. but sulti sad sa ako cousin nga dapat daw complete jud. unsay tinuod ani?

ang kasagaran ana bro ky 3 or 4 times gud na ang 5n1.. pro kanang balik uno murag naglibog ko ana.. krn pa ko kadungog ug inana.. padaun ra mn unta na..

suggest nako bai ask ka 2nd and 3rd opinion from vets. . nya majority wins.heheh . so far na lapse ako mga puppies ug 1 week gpadayon raman sa vet. . .

My take on this one, based from my own experience is....... You give the pup it's first Parvo/Distemper shot, then 3 weeks after if the pup looks sickly then you give him the 2nd shot. If the pup shows sickly signs after another 3 weeks, usually TEARY-EYES, then you need to give it it's 3rd but if not, no need to administer it.

By the way, I'm a D.Y.I. kind'a guy. I personally vaccinate my dogs and rarely go to the vet. I've had dogs which are only vaccinated twice. But I make sure it stays indoor and doesn't make contact with stray dogs.

It's really a matter of choice.......... if you bought an expensive pup then there's no point in saving money then run the risk of Parvo/Distemper.

para nko mao i-series na ang vaccines (every 3 weeks or every 2 weeks) kng pup pa, ky vulnerable kaau ang pup kng maigo ani nga virus.. experience ni nako sa ako 1st nga lab.. 1s ra cya na vaccinan nya nalapas ug 1 week sa iya due date sa next shot..

na lapse xd ang vaccine sa akong pup pero ana akong vet tagaan xa ug 4 shots for every 3 weeks..

ask balik sa imong vet bro para sure or ask ug lain na vet..

ako.a kai balik uno kai wala mn gud nako nakuha ang document sa iyang 1st vacc pag palit nako... so ok ra nako ibalik uno anyway ang kato ramn first ang wa jd formally na butang. . . pro karn complete na cya i think akong dog got 4 5-1 vaccs , 5 tingai including the first na wala nako g count nalang...

pro sa imong case if same ra ang vet i dont think nga pde balik uno
