Devil, Satan, Lucifer, talking snake etc. dghan ngalan, pero kinsa/unsa man jd na cya?

a.) Is he an agent(sugo) of god?
If so, nganung gisugo man cya sa ginoo para lang manintal sa tao og to manage hell? Walai lingaw?
It doesn't make sense, unless god is an sadist egomaniac like a kid with a magnifying glass to an ant colony.

b.) Is he god's enemy, a rebel and operates outside of god's influence?
If so, it doesn't make sense to punish your supporters.
Wouldn't he greet unbelievers like me with a beer in hand saying
"good job buddy, way to rebel against god, have a cold one on the house!"

from my understanding Satan, Nero, Lucifer, etc. is one and the same... he just has a lot of nicknames.

to make the long story short, he was an angel who was jealous of Jesus and rebelled GOD. so he was cast away and made his own kingdom.
