correction diay... yes tax dec but pwde rani cya pa tit ulohan.. yes sa Olango Island ni cya... dili tanan sanctuary bai.. naa lang portion nga sanctuary...dghn man barangay sa.Olango.... like Sta. Rosa.. ang Tapad ani mga Foreigner tag-iya sa yuwala pa n na bahin2x sa mga igsoota...amo unta i develop pero kulang kwarta...n so amo lang ibaligya para ang halin nlang ang among tunga2xon

Not to discourage you bai .... I know dili tanan mao ang SANCTUARY sa OLANGO ISLAND but mao na ang reason why properties in OLANGO ISLAND cant have a title since its located in a DENR protected area . Anyways ... I was in the market also of island properties about 3 years ago and almost got a deal of 5,000 sq na property for only 50 PHp / SQ but balibad gihapon ko regarding sa deal kay dili makuhaan ug titulo bai . Kana mga foreigners na imo gi ingon eitehr ga abang na sila or bought it under someones else name na TAX DEC gihapon .
