what's wrong with this?

Im using globelines internet connection.

since yesterday my internet connection went nuts again thanks to thier restoration thingy and with that my bitcomet, utorrent or anything that is p2p can only download at speeds 5kbps max, it wasn't like this before i've been using these programs for a while now and they worked fine at normal download speeds.

tried direct downloads and it downloaded normaly at the average speeds.

I've already forwarded ports and setup static ip and etc since i started using these programs, so any body has any ideas what's wrong with these programs now?

Globe is blocking p2p traffic! its time to change ISP ^^

suway kuno change sa ports sa imo nga p2p clients starting from 58000 above

yeah, globe really sucks. i cant change isp, im still locked until august, damn it all.

ive read the sticky globelines thread, damn its not just me, shesh what in the world are they thingking.

it would be better if we do not close this thread.. globe is capping the P2P bandwidth as what the other ISP's in the US are doing. but there is a workaround if we try to figure this out. there some threads on the net about bypassing torrent throttle of ISP's but haven't tried them out yet.
