Default How come a BDRip then burned is of better quality of an untouched DVD?

Just wondering how on earth an some burned BDRip be better than DVD? Dba both Blue-Ray and DVD came from same source, only difference is how they are encoded.

actually bro, and original bd packs more data than an original dvd. they come from the same source but when converting from the source to dvd, daghan data ang ma-lost just to comply with the DVD specification. on the other hand, if mo-refer ka sa BD specification, mas dako nga data ang iya ma-contain compared sa DVD. usually ang mga BD rips kay i-write into dual-layer DVDs para ma-contain ang data, and wala na siya extras and/or bonus tracks. compared sa original DVDs nga naa pa extras and bonus tracks, mas daghan data ang main movie nga downsampled from BD to DVD than the original DVD.
