I’m helping out a friend. She’s looking for a decent space for rent that’s located (if possible) near Cebu Doctors Hospital, or accesible didto. Maybe a boarding house that’s safe and secured, has a clean CR, air-conditioned, and has a parking space. Her budget is P3,000/month.
