    Default beware of this cellphone shop


    QC3 kanang atbang SM duol Happy Herbs. my housemaid went to buy a cellphone and it conked out as soon as she got home. She paid nearly 3000pesos. when she went to complain, they told her to pay 1000pesos for the repairs. then, i called them up and asked for the warranty. the manager said warranty for service only. anad jud cla mangingilad.

    then the manager said i could change this china phone to nokia 1200 but i still have to pay 1000 for repairs. in effect, the maid will have pay 4000 to get a nokia worth less than 2000.

    Friends, don't go there.

    excuse me i am the technician of said cellshop... i found that said unit of the complinance have a LCD line... of course we need to charge him.... 1000 PESOS for the LCD.. i think if you are the owner of the shop and you have a customer bought to you an item but the item damage for the negligence... of the customer im sure.... nga mao sab na inyo buhaton pabayaron ninyo sa parts ang inyong customer.... im just clarified to this post..... why man naka salti man ang trade starter nga mangingilad me....

    no, the item was not damage due to negligence. it conked out when she got home. but it was fine at the shop. perhaps mangingilad is too harsh but that's what i felt and i can't help what i feel.

    what would you feel if this happened to you?

    excusme sir... let say that you have shop and i bought in your shop an item and you release the item to me in a good condition and i pay my unit that i bought to your shop coz i already check the unit... and i satisfied and after 3 weeks ill be back and i complain to you that your unit had a diffect theres an LCD line.... will you replace me another LCD or you do like what we do... you know the price of the LCD is so expensive... kung ikaw na sa amo nahimotang ilisan kaha me nmo nga LCD sa china phone mahal man kaayo... cguro ingon ana sab imo buhaton... sama sa amo g. buhat...

    Was the unit sold as a brand new? or reconditioned?

    Same question here. Better get a Brand New Nokia Mobile phone from authorized dealer so you have one year warranty with Nokia.

    Ang China Phones is not that durable and long lasting.

    diba usually IF brand new kay naa man unit replacement within 7 days from purchase..that is sad if proven na dili negligence sa purchaser ang pagkadefective sa iyang unit..

    kabaw mo,kamoy naglalis diha..maypa ang maid inyong pangutan-on kay siya ray makatubag sa tanan kung naunsa jud to iyang celfone..

    siguro sir you have a cellphone...... maid say that nikalit lang og badlis ang LCD after 3 weeks.... kung ikaw sir mo to-o ka nga mo kalit lang badlis ang LCD nga walay nahitabo...
