Suggestion: How to Avoid Double Post

To Admin/Mods:

This is just my suggestion on how to avoid double posting of similar topics since there are instances that members might not use the search button prior posting new threads. Please let me know if this is feasible or not in this forum.

Since the forum is capable to provide similar threads of a particular topic using the keywords from the subject line, why not integrating it prior posting a new thread? I think for a pop-up message that displays similar threads of a particular topic (same as below screenshot) in which it tells us that there might be existing threads for that. I know that using the search button is the most ideal resort for this but I think also that this might help as well.

Ex. If I post a new thread, "Why I can't upload an avatar?", below scenario will display in a form of a pop-up message.
