Hello! Ngayo unta mi advice. My friend is asking about her situation. She's a nurse and she applied for a tourist visa before and unfortunately she was denied. Gi-advise-an siya sauna na dili isulti nga nurse siya kay for sure ma deny daw but na deny man gihapun.

Now she's asking what if in the future daw if ever pwede na siya muapply for an immigrant visa. Ma trace pa ba na ngano la siya angkun before nga nurse siya? and why la niya gibutang sa application form na nga detail. Ang iya ra gibutang kay ang first course ra niya kay 2 man iya degree.

Dili na mo matter sis..AS LONG ang iyahang intention of getting a US Tourist VISA is only and solely for visit purposes ONLY. Other than that then she will be denied by the time she will convert from Tourist to Working and/or Immigrant VISA due to dual intent.

ug mag apply syag immigrant visa...depende ug kinsa ang nagpetition niya for immigrant visa. ug naminyo sya maong mag immigrant visa sya so dli naman siguro na iquestion ang unsa nahuman na kurso. pero ug tourist visa...kana kuti jud kaayo nang bahina....pero ug immigrant visa na valid ang petition ug valid ang nagpetition sa iyaha, then maka angkon syang US visa nga dli sya magworry sa iyang kurso nga nahuman....

sa tinuod lang ang pag kuhga ug tourist visa maoy pinaka lisod nga process... labi na ug walay kay WAWARTS.....naka try ko ug process ug tourist visa for New Zealand 2 years ago...by way of sponsorship pa gani to from my aunt who is a new zealand citizen na kay shes been working there for 23 year na, so nag too mi nga dali ra kay sponsor man, all we had to do is get a passport...submit supporting docs, etc..bayad sa immigration for processing fee....nag work ko that time pag process, pro wala koy show money or property gipakita kay wala man sab ko ana...result DENIED.

my aunt called up immigration, scolded immigration personnel ngano gi deny daw ko nga dili man ko mag TNT didto, purely family invitation lang to see new zealand...they put their credibility at stake para lang ma approved ako visa....result APPROVED, but ang gi issue nga visa is LIMITED PURPOSE VISA...good for 3 month only and cannot be extended..so i have no choice but to o back to philippines.

Mostly ang main reason ma deny ka... wala kay enaf financial support para taw-gon ka nga tourist sa ilang country, important gyud ang kwarta kay dha nila basihan kung maka survived baka while naa ka sa ilang country, because considering nga tourist visa ra imong gi hold, u r not allowed to work there, unless ma change imo visa into a working visa.

2nd...sincerity and honesty, dapat sincere ka sa consul and convince him nga mouli jud ka, because your main purpose is to visit there country, do not mention the word TNT during interview, play as if you dont know the story of TNT.

> if employed, naa kay certification from the company na on leave ra ka
