There's a rumor flying around that Macs are gonna start to use Windows in the next few years... Allegedly, Apple will focus on hardware and leave all software to Microsoft... Anybody else hear this?

umm.. its not a rumor.. daghan naman Mac systems nga ang solod windows na.. months ago pa when Mac migrated to Intel Core Duo

lol. y trash the best OS (OSX) for the XP? Besides, new macs can now have both OSX and XP. ^_^

Steve Jobs maybe an unpredictable guy but he's not an idiot either. Why would Apple go exclusive on selling hardware? There's no money on hardware and he knows that. Software and Services is where you'll survive in this competitive IT market.

I know Apple released Bootcamp which allows you to install XP on an Intel based Mac, but I don't think Jobs will dump their beloved MacOS just like that. His ego is just too big to let MS takeover.
