Printing problem with Brother DCP-350C...help pls!!

I can print just fine on plain coupon bonds pero di na mu feed kung mu print ko on A4 Glossy Photo paper(230 GSM). I tried na changing the print properties from normal paper to glossy pero dili japon mu feed.

It would be very much appreciated if you have any resolution to this printing trouble.

i just bought an R230 and i read in advance unsa common problems nya for printing photos and one of them is feeding 230gsm photo paper. some people changed their rollers to a thinner size and they worked perfect after. basin kana sad imong problem
