Preferably with at least 1 year of combined experience in Accounting or Customer Service
Can communicate effectively in oral and written English, highly trainable and results oriented
With above average skill/knowledge in computer applications

* Graduate of any 4-year course

* With superior ability to manage accounts and must have a clear understanding of basic selling skills;with good organizational and communication abilities and natural ability to work within team-oriented environment.

* Must have the passion and hunger to sell and earn more





TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST

* Extensive knowledge TCP/IP

* Knowledge of data cabling standards

* Knowledge and experience on working with Remote Control Tools

* Experience with network analysis, troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques

* Must be able to walk an end user through as many scenarios as possible to find the root cause to common issues related to hardware and software

* Demonstrate attention to details, team player, self motivated

* Willing to work on shifts and has clear understanding of 24/7 help desk operation

* With at least 1 experience as a Technical Support Specialist or helpdesk

* MCDST or A+ certification is a plus

* Must have above average communication skills
