Do you know how to connect a Globe Broadband or Smart Wifi (Dynamic IP) connection using any remote admin softwares like Radmin, etc.. I knew their Computer IP address using (www.whatismyip.com) but still I cant get through.. I suspect it is bec. of the PORTAL. Pls Help..
