Mga Bro infected ako PC ug trojan horse, unsa on pag fix ani? karun di ko ka access sa ako add or remove programs and sa ako connection setting

punta ka sa site ng symantec & look for the specific guide on how to manually remove that trojan. or you can also scan your pc using Ewido. paki google nalang po.

kung naa kay anti-virus software, i-check una kung unsa ang name sa trojan? then look for removal program sa internet if posible... ang lain nga paagi is, i-update ang imong virus definition file then i-full scan ang imong PC.

re-formatting the pc mao ang pinaka maayo pero pinaka dugay nga paagi sa pagsulbad sa problema and still after ma re-format, magka trojan, virus, worm, spyware, adware, keylogger, and etc. kung walay protection. suma-total "prevention is still beter than cure"

ok ang ang reformat but kung naa ka important files its better, e virus scann sa so thatt u can determined the infectected files then backup the uninfected ones.
Pero wala kay important files poydi ra fomat nalang.
