how to setup cd-rking wireless router???pls

i have a problem, regarding my wireless router, i have a laptop but i cant have a internet connection, yet it still connect, my laptop detects my router,.. but it cant connect to internet, but on the other wireless router my laptop can connect internet,,, i think my configuration on my router isn't correct.. can you help me what should i do on my situation, pls,, i beg you

do you have your own internet account? kung wala, di jud ka maka connect sa internet. kung maka connect ka sa uban nga wireless routers, it's because it's connected to there account. secondly, let's say you have an account, then is your wireless router connected to your modem or do you have a modem? bro, kina hanglan naa ka modem in order to connect to the internet kay mao ni sya ang mag modulate sa imo internet signals from your ISP then connect the wireless router to your modem and then configure the router. thirdly, try to connect your laptop directly to the modem using a wired connection and see if you can browse the net. if you can then it could just be a router configuration. try to reset the router or update the firmware.
