    Default Mga KAWATAN sa PhilPost

One of my homie sent a package from Japan thru Japan Post. Since the package was not that valuable she selected the cheapest offered service by Japan Post which is the SAL. According to Japan Post, when the package will arrive in the Phils it will now be the responsibity of PHILPOST to deliver the package to your doorstep thus, they estimated around 2 to 3 weeks max kay kabalo man sila nga kusog pa mokamang ang kohol kaysa PhilPost.

To make the story short, she sent the package around the 3rd week of Dec. '08 pero hantod karon bisag anino na lang sa package wa pa naabot. Japan post already informed her that the package had arrived the Phils long time ago in Jan. '09. They keep following up PHILPOST but all they got are head shakesand millions of excuses. Eventually one of the PHILPOST guy said, "Mam, if its not in your hand in three months, consider it gone.

The package might not have big value but if something is stolen from you, that makes you wanna burn the house down and put this A-holes on the stake.

Any of you guys have idea how to get the package back: cash or in kind?

SAL...dugay kaayo na bro. Kasuway sad ko anang SAL from Australia, Japan and HK...though the Post Office would tell you nga 2-3 weeks, in reality it really is 60-90 business days. Usahay mas sayo, usahay dugay. Pero muabot gyud na. All my items was delivered. Pero mao lagi pwerteng dugaya.
About of how to get your package back...kung wala siya ma insured, I'm afraid lisod na gyud na kung lost or stolen ang mail.

Basta Philippine post office, palpak gyud. Received Christmas cards from the US end of January, posted from US in November pa. If not registered, goodbye na gyud. My experience has always been 2 to 3 weeks ang sulti overseas, pero 2 to 3 months pa ma deliver sa Philpost. Two to three months actually normal ra gyud.

if naa ka tracking number sis imo unta to gi check dayon. I'll tell u unsaon na nila ug kawat bisan naay trace number. basta package gani ang philpost dili na i deliver kid sa inyong hauz. what they do is sent u a notice na naa kay package, unsaon pagkawat? imong notice dili na nila i send sa imoha ila ra tagoan mao na imo jud i check dayon didto sa estimated time of arrival sa package ayaw paghuwat na i inform ka. unya after one week or two weeks himoan dayon na nila og second notice pero dili gihapon ka kadawt kay i file ra jud na nila didto. para ma declare na wala jud ni claim.

I experienced it already, na save pa nako ankong package pero ang mga importanteng gadget wala na ang mag baratuhon na lang ang gibilin sa mga kawatan. lagot jud kaayo ko. if wala ko ni adto sa kanang tig sort out sa mail na ni deny pa jud dili ma kuha. but after i called up some friend from government office na change lang dayon ang tono ni ana dayon aw ako sa i check ha basin naa dri imo nottice na shock ko kay second notice na na wala gani ko ka receive ug first.

    lami lage kaayo pang sagpaon.
