IBM is definitely a good choice, honestly is more durable compared to other brands, ang akoa nahulog na kadaghan good ra gihapon, ang sa ako boss nga asus nahulog lang ka usa, ASUS marya! wala na, patay na, hehehehe

IMO, IBM's arnt really more durable ( internally ) since they use similar brand components that other brands use.
I wont add sony to the recommended list since sony's laptop are always overpriced for its technical specs.
Asus or Toshiba its a good buy.
