unsay tambal ani mga bro and sis?? kana gaeng naa koy pimples sa chest..wa raman koy paki ani sauna til one day niana ang igat na miga sako mama(hehehehe) na "sus,balbon ta,bugason lang"(reffering to my chest hair,gamay raman ni na hair oie.hehehe)..muna n.conscious na nuon ko sko chest..unsay m.recommend ninyo na tambal ani?? hehe thanks very much.

ako bestfriend kay naa ana. sa chest ug likod... nkalimot ko unsaa tawag ad2 nga treatment pero mura syayg body scrub nga treatment and mahal sya. naa offer sa Slimmer's World - SM City Cebu.

Mahal man to oi... mura man tog 6k for 6sessions... pero lahi gyud presyo pag bundled package. mas mka mura gyud pero still mahal oi xD

Derma is more expensive pero sa Slimmer's naa may dermatologists did2 for medical advice... dli lang nuon dermatologists mu treat nimo. specialists lng.

Ang reason daw ana kay Age, Food, ug hygeine...

bro i have the same kind of problem before sa back lang nako ang pimples.....so nabantayan nako wala nako nikaon ug meat strictly vegetables then exercise ,drinks lots of water then ayaw pag hukas inig katog kay kana grabe gyud na makacause...karon limpyo na kaayo ako panit

Don't sleep on your chest bro. take a bath daily and use a soap nga hiyang sa imu skin. If you can use safeguard, better use one pero kana unscented ha. Any soap will do basta ayaw ng scented kay mka irritate na sa imu skin. Don't prick you pimples and don't problem it kay mu samot. Mka affect pud baya sa lawas kung unsay imu gi huna2

naa tambal ana sa VMV na soap. Or use one with salicyclic acid para mauga imong pimples

thanks ninyo tanan mga bro ug sis..hehehe ambot ani pero ang nasud sako utok ae kay kani..kakita kog pomds na toner, mao nalang ako gamiton everyday..feel nako effective man gamay..hahahah
