Hi mga masters, need help here, I have an extra laptop its a gift from my Aunt but everything is in german. Is there any other way or alternative to change the language without changing or getting a new O.S?

Moved to Software and Games lang.
Maypa reformat nalang, makakita ka MUI mao ra gihapon install balik. I may be wrong, but..
