Do you think instructor is hi-bread enough to handle you medicaly if you get hurt? Do you think they have enough knowledge to asses you when you feel back pain doing certain exercise positions?Do they have enough training on understanding the basic human anatomy and ther movement?How far will you go to give your trust to this guys?
