    Default sobra ka singtanon.. unsay tambal?


    guys, bisag dili kaayo bug-at akong trabaho dali ra kaayo mogawas akong singot..
    unya naa raba pod dapit sa akong nawong nga murag nanghilam-os na ko ug singot.. hasol kaayo kay ug naa koy trabahoun umya panington ko dili ko ka-concentrate,,

    pls give me some advise on what to do.

    bro, parehas ta singtanon kaayo. maski ma off lang kadali ang electric fan, sington dayon..
    nya if hinay pd ang fan, or nakaswing, singuton pd dayon.if katong ordinary nga fan, singuton pd dayon.
    ako gamit karon, industrial na fan. maski sa table sa office, naa ko fan nga gamay nga gi-assemble. hehehe..

    cgro sa lawas jud ni bro, and sa kataba gamay. dli ko tambok jd, but tubigon gamay.. hehehe..
    i think wlay tambal, but dapat cge lang pasingot pra manggawas ang mga tubig sa lawas.hehehe..

    mao sad ni ako problema dah....kaniadto upat ko ka tuig nag-antos sa dihang nag skol pako kay every sakay nako sa jeep singot kaau akong tibuok lawas as in jud kahumod nako maulaw nalang ko sa akong tapad kay mabasa...then even nakatrabaho nako bisan naay aircon or sa mga mall or sinihan panington pa man gani ko....unsa gyoy kahay tambal ani noh>?

    ^ hyperhydrosis? try DRICLOR.. its for the UA, Feet or Hands..
    i-search lang sa net =)

    Ako ni gamit sa UA coz I dont like the feeling panington diha na part kay eww kaau.. Its really effective.. Once a month rako apply ani.. At first you have to apply it every other day para mu-effect.. The longer you use it tagsa nalang ka mu-apply..

    asa man ni mapalit ang DRICLOR? tagpila man pod ni.. kay hasol kaayo ning akong singot oi.. bisan gani karon nga nagtype lang ko nagsugod nag gawas ang singot sa akong forehead.. huh!!!

This usually occurs when you are anxious or fearful of something.
    Generally deep breathing exercises work quite well for this. It may take some time to develop the technique. I recommend the book Conscious Breathing by Gay Hendricks as one of the best resources out there. He also has a video that demonstrates the technique. Generally it is far wiser to treat the cause and when that is not successful one needs to seek the least harmful long-term solution possible.
    Another great tool for relieving stress and anxiety, which are both often associated with hyperhidrosis, is the Insight CD, which I personally listen to and recommend to all of my patients. It is an exceptional tool that will help you dramatically reduce the stress triggers that occur in your daily life.
