pru-life uk is an insurance company (not a pre-need, lain lain na sila ha)
if sa philippines, prudential life is not pru-life, pru-life UK gyud na sila dinhi.

You could try to apply also sa pioneer insurance. I hear they are looking for insurance agent. Their office is at Ayala Pioneer building.

I know that this is an old thread but to answer your question... Agents or Financial Consultants of Pru Life UK are independent representatives of the company. Like any other agents from other life insurance companies, he/she brings business to the company. Regular employees are the one that are in the business offices doing the underwriting & etc.

IMO, requirement is not that high as you've mentioned. I've know a lot of people there who does this as a part-time job but ended up going full-time.
