Bank Draft Recovery

Ang amo gi bayad for Visa Screen Certificate kay wala na receive sa CGFNS. Already checked the bank then wala pa pud daw na in-cash. is there a way na ma cancel ang draft nya ma recover ang money or gud as lost na cash na tu cya?

Please help kay lisud na kaayo pangita lain pang bayad

..go to the issuing bank then request for a stop payment order on the draft. okay pa as long as wala pa ma negotiate. probably they will require some documents from you e.g affidavits, then after verification you will be issued a replacement check. or better still, go to the issuing bank and ask for info as to how you can be issued a replacement check as banks have different policies. I assure you the amount is still recoverable bro as long as wala pa ma negotiate ang draft until now....

Sir Scud Thanks! Just called the bank today. All I need is an affidavit of Lost,affidavit of non receipt then stop payment.
