I have a Samsung i617 (Blackjack) from the states. It's sim locked by AT&T.

you can always call att and ask them to unlock it, but you need to have the account info of the indivivdual (hopefully a family relative) you got it from. if not than idk

Did that already, but they need the phone online there para they can identify the NCK. problem is,
