    Default Effective indoor exercise and stuff


    what is an effective indoor exercise? i work so i dont have enough time for the gym. i sit mostly on work and i noticed im beginning to have thunder thighs. any help guys?


    also is there any way i can lose weight without getting rid of meat? thaaaaaaanks.

    best exercise ra jd indoors for me is dancing... mao ni ang akong exercise saunah dalaga pako... mu daot jd ka in no time... have a dancing session with your kids, friends and family... mahimo sad ni ninyo na quality time sa imong family... nice kau ni siya na workout...

    ako magwatch ug Shaun t. dance aerobics dvd unya wear sweat suit while doing this kay mao na nakadaut nko ,hola hoop n jumping rope pero karon di epektib n healthy japun ko kay daku man ug kaon! hahaha!

    Set ug schedule in a week kung kanusa ka mag jump rope.
    Pede sad mag jog lang ka in place. Or any activity na makapa beat sa imong heart beyond sa imong normal heart rate.

    In my case I jump or jog every MWF every morning 7-7:30AM before going to work.
    Maybe at start kapoy, pero youll get used to it.
    One good thing na naobserve nako is dili na ko makatulog inig hapon.
    Maybe because ok na ang pag circulate sa blood and madeliver gyud ang oxygen sa akong brain.
    Nidaot sad ko. Hehe.
    And that is, gakaon gihapon ug meat.
