Pentax K2000

There's another entry level DSLR just out. Pentax K2000 or K-m in some countries. Smaller more compact design however it lack the weather proofing that the K200D had. It currently has some good reviews. What do you think about this guys?

bro, its an execellent camera! i have a friend who is an engineer working at the Pentax plant in MEPZ and he said that just last month, they manufactured around 2000 units of this k-m model. Before they can roll out all of it from production, all 2000 units were already pre-sold in Europe. Pentax lately stormed Europe with their multi-award winning K10D. btw, i own a K20D. I got my unit straight from Japan. A good japanese manager in pentax mepz facilitated in buying the unit for me. its a fantastic camera but to be honest, bro, looking for accessories here in cebu is not easy. But people from pentax mepz said that the japanese plant manager is looking into the possibility of putting a pentax shop here in cebu city soon.

mao ba sir? swerteha nimo uy. gusto sad lagi unta ko mu palit aning k2000 or k-m (asian name). kaso la pa man nagbaligya ani diri oi. hahay. nindot raba unta ang specs niya for the price offered tapos dili sad bitin sa competition with regards to image quality as per reviews. anyway, kung naa ka balak ilisan imong k10d with k2000 leme know kay order sad ko dungan nimo. hehe

I visited Camerahaus in SM recently. They retail some pentax units. They only have 2 models of pentax dslr for sale: k200D and the K20D. They dont have yet the K-m/K2000 model.

The white version of the k2000 model is the limited edition. most of these units where sold in Europe.

mas mahal2x ang pentax. pero small lang ang gap sa price.. yea the pentax2000 camera was in camera world.. ^_^ ohh but the price in SM is mahal2x d.ay.. so i think its slightly cheaper.. or same range of price,, =)
