Mga dudes, unsay effective nga tambal sa pimples?
cge ko gna pimples.pag naa mutubo, prick dayon nako kay samukan ko.
ang resulta, nag uwat hinuon.. unsa tambal pra dli na bugason??

thanx for d reply bro. heheh, dugay mn gd ko tigtulog, samot na weekends. then computer ra. mao cgro naa. naa mn pd times nga mawala, naa pd times nga naa and daghn.ive been to japan. sa init nga times, naa pd mugas. sa bugnaw pud, naa ghapon. i also tried pakuha ug dugo, pra macleanse gamay, pero naa ghapon.. rest ra cgro noh?

good personal hygiene and a calm body and mind but sometimes jud, dili man jud nato malikayan ng pimples.. sa ako lang jud, sa una, college pa.. wala may tulog, so bugason jud. but karon, mag wash lang jud sa face every before matog. at 6-7 hours of sleep jud ang kinahanglan.

ako if naa pimple ako i prick but di nako pugson to the point nga magsakit na ang nawng.. what i do after i prick it kay ako i rub ug ice then after kay butangan nako VIT.E ako na e split ang end just hto get the oil out nya ako butang sa face overnight nig ka morning ako nasad e.rub ug ice ako face. awa raman sad. di sad sya mag uawt but i keep putting Vit.E until mawa jud ang kato area ako gi prick
