bios question, cannnot even access it.. whY?

mga bro, possible ba nga dili pwede i-acess sa ubang user ang bios? naa bay software nga gamiton ani para dili jud siya pwede sudlon? (as in wa jud cya)
ani man gud ni, sa ako nga school, gi-try nako ug acess ang bios didto. but the problem is way bios nga mogawas.. i tried hitting all the keys sa keyboard but wala jud.. mo-dretso noon cya ug sulod sa windows... possible ba ni nga i-restrict sa other users? if yes, unsay ilang gibuhat? pls.. help me and explain me about this thing..

bro, dili man password akong gipasabot.. kay ug naa man gud password ang bios, maka-enter man ka didto by pressing the required keys sa imong keyboard pero dili lang ka pwede mo-modify kay wa man kay rights...
akong gi-mean is di jud ko kakita ug bios bisan unsay i-press nako,
