kartzone AND y101 already had initial talks to organize an Autocross Challenge....date is set at March 28 - 29 at the KARTZONE track. Hope all of you come and join/watch this event.....

We will be having several classes so evry type of car can participate.

For the Y101 Autocross event we plan to have several classes which will cater to all the auto enthusiast of Cebu. Their will be classes for econo sedans, hi horsepower cars and purpose built cars. Driver skill will also be categorized novice and intermidiate levels. The classes will be as follows:

DRIVER CLASSES:
Novice class - for 1st timers and those who have participated in not more than 1 Autocross event
Intermediate class - If you have joined 2 or more events you will be in this class


CAR CLASSES:
SuperStock - Any locally available vehicle is eligible to join as long as engine is original of that particular car, modifications are allowed. All body panels should be original and interior of car complete. Full exhaust required. (aftermarket allowed)

Modified - Any production vehicle. All body panels should be complete and all doors of that particular model car should be OEM. Original dashboard should also be in place. Body panels such as fenders, hoods and bumpers can be aftermarket fiberglass/carbonfibre composites. Engine transplant allowed. Front, rear windshield and door glass should be OEM.

Open Class - As long as the car is deemed safe to participate by the race director it will be allowed.

SuperStock ( below 2000cc non turbo )
SuperStock ( Above 2000cc non turbo )
Modified ( below 2000cc non turbo )
Modified ( Above 2000cc and all turbos )
Open Class ( below 2000cc non turbo )
Open Class ( Above 2000cc and all turbos )

Special Classes:
Old school class
All automatic class - these classes will be dpendent onthenumber of participants
Euro Sports Class
Classic class
