basta 25 above, ok ra wala parents consent.

kay kato nagpakasal mi.. ako 23, ako wife 24.. both mi naay parents consent, either one sa amu parents..

basta below 23 pa ka on your wedding date, kelangan 2 ka parents or guardian ang muadto sa marriage department ( sa city health office)

FYI: u dont have to make a parents consent, naa silay form para ana, your parent/s will just fill that up and talk to the marriage council officer.

then, attend mo seminars.. submit documents, after 1 week, release na inyu marriage license!

pwede na sya magpakasal if legal age namo both...kay pwede ra kaau na sya with out parents consent...if bata pamo naa jud nay parent consent jud kay mag edad ang babae ug lalaki na walay parent consent 25 ang babae ug ang lalaki pud..so kana na age dili na pwede ug parent consent...

pwede ra man... ako kuya gani kay nag pakasal secretly sa judge unya they are single pa to others. except sa mga witness ug sa nagkasal. so legally, married na giud sila.
