I know several people there... here are my impressions of the company:
> A good training ground for a career path in applications development.
> They are web technology intensive.
> They have many clients in Japan that is why they also have an extension office there.
> You will be taught Nihongo on some occasions especially if you will be assigned to Japanese clients.
> Most of their employees are young - similar to a call center - company culture may also similar.
> Owned and managed by Chinese families -- Their president/CEO is Robert Cheng.
