It's only the first month of the year. It's really a bad start for Obama. I hope he can turn the tables right.

As regards our very own status, I hope the adverse effects of global recession won't reach us. It's already a positive note that the government is doing everything to protect us from the adverse effects of the global recession. True enough, we are safe here in the country. But Filipinos around the world may have been affected, at least not that much.

I doubt this. Our economy depends on the US market, it may not be that obvous pero mura jud tag nag itoy2 sa US economy. If it affected the member states of US it will eventually come and dominate the countries that are dependent to them. The question here is when?

I suggest we hold tight our positions or whatever jobs we have right now and work not just for ourselves but for the company as well. You watch over me and I'll watch over you. Kani nga crisis dili lang man ni problema sa mga companies og mga business establishments, kay if sila mo declare og bankruptcy naa pa silay makuha enough to start a new. Pero if kitang mga trabahante ang mawad-an og trabaho, maka start ba dayun ta og new? 1 month nga mabakante ka sa work sakit kaau na para ni Juan De La Cruz nga mo kaon lang og sakto ka tulo (3) per day.
