Welcoat will have the 1st pick in this years rookie draft and coach leo austria boldly voiced out that he'll pick 6'10" Samigue Eman. There are a lot of talent in this years pool and it will all depend on what position a team needs. But talent and potential wise, i think the best out there is JC Intal, Ken Bono, JR Quinahan, Joe Devance and Ryan Reyes(this guy is the next super pointguard in the pba).

the cebuano JR "baby shaq" Quinahan is a sure shot in the PBA.. but i think Samigue Eman will be the no. 1 picked..he's tall, young, and quick... welcoat will difinitely pick him.
