anybody can help me, kung unsay lain paagi sa pag block or recover atong cellphone sa akong wife nawala sa public places?

i was search in google on how to block the cellphone, then i found National telecommunication text hotline sa 682 on how to block your cellphone using IMEI, But until now, wa koy reply or confirmation na dawat gikan nila.
