You really can't max out settings on these cards. They're on mid-end, the 4830 is ATI's answer to NVIDIA's several years of dominance in the mid-end area. Here's a little something that'll help you out.

If you ask me, go for the 4830, newer technology and the likes but most people would say, they pretty much perform the same, just go for the cheaper card. If you can increase your budget a little, the 4850 is a sweet spot.

4830 isn't that bad, thou go for 4850 if you want to max games :P

The 2 cards perform about the same so ang factor na lain is price. So go with whichever is cheaper, which I think is the 9800GT.

Sakto si poldopunk, you would do a lot better if dugang ka gamay to get a 4850, but it depends sa resolution sa imo monitor that you use to play games. Kay IMO, a 4850 is overkill for a 1,024x768 17" monitor. Pero payts nana ang 9800GT until 1680x1050 resolution(used in 20" and 22" monitors), but go for 4830 or even 4850 if you plan to use high levels of Antialiasing.

these cards are overkill for you. both 4830 and 9800GT can handle high settings at 1440 x 900 (my monitor-size, tbw).

hmm ahh ok so ok ra na in a high settings jd at any heavy games like crysis, COD5 so whatever pa. hmm question about price dropping sa mga vcards naa bah price dropping karon feb. ?? kay hulat kow drop price ang HD4850 bacn madugan neh akong budget kana nalang ta akong kuha.on i hope so sa pag kakaron 7.5k ra jd neh sulod sa akong bulsa.

Then ok ra 9800gt if you can get it cheaper than the 4830. I think it's even faster than the 4830 at lower resolutions, but depende sa game. But you might also need the features of the 4830 na wala sa 9800gt, like audio over hdmi, so if that's the case, go for 4830.

Ok sad na nga strategy bro. Ako kay ako mga video cards ordered from Manila, through TipidPC.com, daghan man gud sellers didto na mas barato kaysa mga stores diri.
