for core 2 duo, that'll be at least 4~5k
a mid-range videocard would set you back at around 7~9k. (at least that's how i rate mid-range)

so that's roughly 15k. so, you can just use the cpu and the video card on an oven toaster. LOL.

well, anyway, enough with the sarcasm. the best setup you can buy with 12k is a dual-core cpu, (with a little luck, a C2D), a low-end vcard (or worse - an IGP), 2GB of RAM, 160GB HDD, an optical drive, and a good old PSU-casing combo. (with some extra cash left for, uh, snacks)

no way dude. ako gani gi set upan ako uncle mATX with onboard grafx pa 13k mn gani to. kung nahan jud ka mag game2 sa pc nimo atleast 20K budget. well thats my opinion lang. kai mga vcard karon gud mangailangan na ug branded na psu. samok kau na sa budget ang psu need mn sad jud nimo kai kun dili na kuyaw ma TY uban parts nimo. kung 12k jud imo gusto pang office ra den small games,
maka dota ghapon ka ana oi hahah
