    Default Breaking the Contract

Is it okey to breach a Contractual Employment Contract? My contract is about to end on March 2 but I am about to accept a new job offer from a better company that offers regularization to employees.

depends on the reason why u want to end your contract. kung ganahan jud ka muhawa for a better one, pangta ug paagi na dli ka mabreach. paterminate kung pwede.hehe at my last job, after 2 months of working there, iv been thinking unsaon nako mgpaterminate. turned out nahuman nlng nako akong 5 month contract.hehe basaha ang contract if unsay grounds for termination. of course, never resort to stealing. one way would be, pag awol.hehehe

Bro, better review the contract (terms/conditions/grounds of termination) and personally/formally talk to your employer about it if ever you want to resign for a new job offer. Both of you are bound by rules so your employer can sue you for breach of contract if ever you quit without giving proper notice. Depende ra man gud na sa contract, naay uban pa extenon ra ug work for pila ka days para naay proper turn-over or pabayron ra ug penalty. So and best maka answer sa imong query bro kay ang contract mismo. HTH.

Correct. Clear your obligation sa company then have a formal exit. Don't ever think nga mag AWOL.

just pass a resignation letter and that's it..la kay ma breach ana..it's ur right to resign f dli nka gnahan sa company..usually 30days ang effectivity ana kay pra naa cla time mka hire ug mka train pra ipuli nmo..at least mka pangayo sad ka COE kaysa sa AWOL d ka kapangayo..
