Anybody using this modem? Are you having connectivity problems? I am. If I'm not mistaken this is the new modem Globe is handing out. My torrent downloads are very slow and I'm unconnectable to most seeds and peers. Also, surfing is very slow. I did not have this problem until my modem was replaced. Globe technical support is useless. Any help is appreciated. thnx in advance.

If I own this kind of modem since daghan nako na basahan nga dili maayong feedback ani nga klase nga modem I will try uploading this kind of firmware DD-WRT. Kung akoa pa lang na nga modem.

Just to inform you doing this kind of task will void the warranty of your modem. Ako sa pangitaon ang link sa firmware bro.

warranty? doesnt globe just replace broken modems? regardless, with my current connection using this modem, i'd take the risk...heheheh

Hi! I do have a problem with that same modem and my access point. It's not working as it should. I attached my access point to my modem. .. then the other end of the LAN cable to my laptop. I have internet using that...problem is the VOIP phone that goes with my access point doesn't work. I can call and receive calls but we couldn't hear each other. Do any of you guys have an idea what I can do? I would really appreciate it if you can help me with this. Thanks in advance!

mga bro,
palihug ko tabang... nag try ko setup sa akong bag-o nga router Linksys WRH54G with the siemens modem SE260 DSL nga gisupply sa Globe broadband.. ako gi set ang router to DHCP, di man ko ka connect internet.. dayun, ako gitawag ang globe, ingon nila set to PPPoE and they gave me the username and password and to set the IP address to 192.168.1.1 kay mao man daw ni ip address sa modem.. so i did, pero di gihapon ko ka connect sa internet (desktop or laptop which are both connected to the router)...
gitawag nako balik ang globe, ingon nila di na daw nila covered ang router issues.. the most they can help is giving me the username and password.. huhuhuh...
unsa inyong ika suggest ako buhaton sa pag setup sa router... salamat kaayo!

i'm also having problems with my modem. gahulat pa ko sa mga technicians. sige lng jud mi ma disconnect. we have no internet connection in globe right now. sayang lang ang bayad. pirmi no connection. i'm using another isp right now. backup ang globe pero walay pulos nga back up kay pirmi lng walay internet.
