Sir, I think this is the applicable rule.

Web services advertisement. This includes web hosting, web design, etc. I know this was allowed in the past, but everything has it's place and ads like this belong in the Buy/Sell forum. Further threads will be moved and old threads will be locked if bumped up.

Bai flashfreak, im just trying to extend some help (although i mistakenly called her "Sir") so that she could be in the right forum. As you may notice, I gave her options on what to do or maybe she had missed our forum rules. When I was a newbie here, I was helped so this is my way of helping other members (newbies) too.
