there's a commercial space next to Gaisano Tabunok that I want to lease, its about 60 to 70 square meters, but the business i intend to put up only needs around 30 sqm.

anyone interested in sharing the space with me? the arrangement that i had in mind is that i will be the official lesee, unya i sub-lease nako ang half sa space.
