small island for resort development

Hello everyone!

I have a client who is actively looking for a small island for sale in the Visayas suitable for resort development with the following criteria:

- Island should be of White Sand, flat and not hilly with abundant mature coconut trees. Island with long sandbank is most welcome.
- Expansive white wide sand beaches with bays and coves all round good for dipping and swimming.
- Gradient of slope on beach should not be too steep to endanger swimming.
- Crystal Clear Water and good blue reef surrounding the island for snorkelling.
- Island should not be on open sea channel with strong waves and current all year round, calm sea is require whole year round for year round operation. Should not be overly affected by monsoon season protected by neighbouring islet and reef.
- Beachland should be white sand cover whole year round, not expose to unwalkable corals.
- Good Diving sites nearby.
- Area is safe for tourist with security, medical support etc not too far away.
