first, disconnect your pc from the network. then clean your drive. if not, reformat ka then make sure you installed the latest service pack.

If you are using Windows XP SP1, you should update to at least SP2 to patch your OS or better yet, update to SP3. Unplug your PC to the network, update your anti-virus application and do a virus scan.
