I'd like to ask fellow istoryans on their experience with Seagate HDD RMA.
I have a dead 200GB Seagate HDD and is still under the 5-year warranty. I'd like to know how to package the dead HDD and what other items should be packed along with the defective HDD.
Look, I read their instructions on their site, pero basin dili kaayo strikto ato dinhi hehe... basin okay ra kung anti-static bag lang.
