DoJ orders probe on Lim, Trillanes

(2ND UPDATE) THE DEPARTMENT of Justice (DoJ) has formally filed rebellion charges against five party-list lawmakers and 43 others before the Makati City regional trial court.

At the same time, the DoJ recommended an investigation to determine whether Brigadier General Danilo Lim, former commander of an Army Scout Rangers based in Bulacan province, and Navy Lieutenant Antonio Trillianes should also be charged with rebellion, a non-bailable offense.

since when do they look mighty in the streets.........the force to rekon with is when both civilian and military are on the streets minority or otherwise are mighty and intimidating....... but as we know and learned its a problem not a solution

as for the update mmmm Doj investigation??.. why just dont the military handle the caseÂ* and apply military justice since both are active.....they could be held for many years in military prison lets say 20 years or worse shot dreadful as it is but the most dignified and honorableÂ* and should not be offered to that 2 star general comptroller wimp asshole convicted for 2 years in so called hard labor who stole millions of tax payers money..Â* Â* in my view both are products of mutinies in the 1980sssss..........thats why we have to deal with mutiny the military way once and for all and not the political way.......Â*

and why that legendary marine colonelÂ* who protest ha imagine that... stage a protest infront of TV the relief of their commandant by all means a mutiny already... is not in military jail or holding room just like that scount ranger general..and even allowed to go to lanao to formaly turn over his command as 1st MARine brigade commander... i guess the marinesÂ* are unique unlike other military units and are really piss off..

but as they learn later its not in their level anymore to meddleÂ* in a political crissis its not about righteousness there no such thing in politics its the ability to lead the nation in all aspects from economy to diplomacy to peace..etc.. the strongest must and will lead the nation for us to catch up with NIC countries..
